What is obesity?

The definition of obesity varies depending on what one reads, but in general, it is a chronic condition defined by an excess amount body fat. A certain amount of body fat is necessary for storing energy, heat insulation, shock absorption, and other functions. The normal amount of body fat (expressed as percentage of body fat) is between 25%-30% in women and 18%-23% in men. Women with over 30% body fat and men with over 25% body fat are considered obese.

The calculation of body mass index (BMI) has also been used in the definition of obesity. The body mass index (BMI) equals a person's weight in kilograms (kg) divided by their height in meters (m) squared. Since BMI describes body weight relative to height, it is strongly correlated with total body fat content in adults. "Obesity" is defined as a BMI of 30 and above.

Obesity increases the risk of developing a number of chronic diseases including:
  1. Diabetes.
  2. High blood pressure (hypertension).
  3. High cholesterol
  4. Stroke
  5. Heart attack
  6. Cancer
  7. Gout
So, how to loss your weight?

Meal substitutes

When used as substitutes for regular meals, meal substitutes are a convenient way to reduce calories as part of a low calorie diet plan. A typical meal substitute available in powder and liquid form is Slim-Fast. Ensure is another meal substitute available in both liquid and bars. Meal substitutes should provide protein and be low in fat and calories. The label should include the amount of calories per serving and the percentages of protein, carbohydrates, and fat. The total number of calories per serving is predetermined so it is easier to keep track of the daily consumption of calories.

I'm glad

Today, i am glad that i learnt something new.maybe it wasn't a big thing pon but it is something la kan..i manage to edit myblog myself.as u can see..yup2.i don't care if u r saying that 'poyo gile tu pon nk kecoh'..but here's the thing. this is myblog,so sukati-haku-la-nak-type-hape.

Today, i went to alamanda to buy some groceries..blk umah again membelek myblog ni.dah kene pengaruh ngn leha la ni.

ok.hmm frankly speaking, i dah start missing terengganu so much..huarrgghhh. i hate this feeling. nak balik terengganu...dulu when i was at t'ganu, how i wish i never been there. boring gile.xde pape nk buat.pegi kelas, balik kelas, p lib...weekend membuta sepanjang hari.time exam, nk release tension pon xde wayang..shopping pn xde pape,ade mydin & giant...TAPI...tempat tu la yg byk sgt2 kenangan..*ninja burger sgt sedap*..huarrggghhh rindunye.

What am i suppose to do to gain more confident in me?
Sometimes i feel so left out because i dont have that confidence.
But, i know my silence is not caused by lack of confidence...its because i am giving my 100% attention to my work..but do they understand that? or they think that i not being friendly or anti-social kind of person...
i just dont feel right to chit-chatting during working hours..is that wrong?
or i dont feel right to tell all my officemate about myself..they just need to know what i can do to be efficient, but nothing about myfamily or mylife..arent they?
or, am i being anti-social? or it is because no confident..or trying too hard to do mybest?
the answer: i don't know.
hope that i can get a position at DTT.please help me GOD.

CNY break!

MALACCA.

Visit Malacca walopon that is our kampong, but, we (my family) cant really remember places like tmn mini malaysia, zoo melaka, sejarah portugis. so, kami pn make an effort to go there without plan a thing pn nk p mane2 dulu...s.u.c holiday.
